EUDR compliance that works in practice.

Independent advice from someone who built traceability systems for 30+ companies and ran them in the field.

EUDR is one regulation with many interpretations.

Passed one review. Failed the next.

You end up defending a system against standards nobody wrote down. What works in practice is knowing which parts of your system you can defend, and to whom.

I help you to work through it.

Independent, and from the field

Independent. I have worked for one of the leading traceability and EUDR service providers. I know how providers sell, and where each one is strong and where it is weak. I take no fees or referrals from any platform. My advice follows your needs, not a product.

Producer country experience. Many advisors work from Europe. I built traceability systems in agricultural supply chains before the regulation existed, for companies from Indonesia to Ivory Coast to Ecuador, and ran them on the ground. I know what works in practice.

Cost that makes sense. Compliance should support commercial success, not become a new cost center. I focus on what works at a reasonable cost, not on ideal scenarios that only create additional headache for procurement teams.

Who I work with

Exporters. Companies exporting EUDR-relevant commodities to the European Union. Your buyers' requirements keep growing, and you do not have sustainable sourcing expertise in the team.

Operators. Companies importing EUDR-relevant commodities and placing them on the EU market. You are building your due diligence process and trying to keep it workable for suppliers while reducing your risk.

  • Every buyer asks for something different. We cannot keep up.

  • Should we build this in-house or buy it, and how do we design the process?

  • There are too many EUDR platforms. We do not know which one fits us.

I take no fees or referrals from any platform.

  • We pay for a platform, but we cannot explain or defend what it does.

If your situation is not on this list but you are struggling with EUDR, describe it to me. I will tell you straight whether I am the right person.

How I work

Hands-on support

I join your team for a defined period as senior capacity and work on live decisions with you. The scope is agreed in advance.

A first block produces a written recommendation on the decision you brought me, and a plan for the next 30 days.

Standby advice

For small and medium companies. Short, independent answers to specific questions, by call, email or WhatsApp.

Each month: One call and up to five written questions, answered within two working days (often much quicker). Cancel any month. If a question needs a deeper look at your business, I will recommend a hands-on block instead.

Standby answers are independent advice based on the information you share. They are not a legal opinion or a compliance certification.

Track record

  • 30+Companies across Asia, Latin America and Africa with EUDR and traceability systems I built
  • 200,000Smallholder farmers mapped in programs I managed
  • 4Commodities: Palm, rubber, cocoa, coffee
